LHS Booster Club

The Longmont High School Booster Club, Inc. is parents, alumni, and friends linked by a common desire to support the students of Longmont High School financially and as volunteers in their activities and education. Our primary purpose is to aid and encourage the development of Longmont High School and its students through the support of school activity programs.

Our organization supports athletic activities at Longmont High School and hosts events throughout the year to ensure these sports are in the best position to have an amazing season. LHS Music Boosters 

Longmont High School (LHS) Music Boosters is a private, self-governed, non-profit organization recognized by the State of Colorado with IRS 501c(3) non-profit status. More importantly, LHS Music Boosters is a focused group of parents, teachers, community leaders and music students who work together to enhance the quality of music education opportunities available at Longmont High School. We provide support for the Longmont High School Band, Choir, Orchestra, and Drumline. Fundraising opportunities for our members include: Bingo (three sessions a week!) and product sales (Butter Braids, cookie dough) The Music Boosters have also provided a variety of projects including:  chairs, new instruments, instrument repairs as well as scholarships to its members for trips, instrument repair, and private lessons. Our Meetings are on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (except December) during the school year in the Choir/Orchestra Room at 6:30 pm.

Get involved with LHSEF! The Longmont High School Education Foundation is actively seeking volunteers to join our board or one of our committees (Grants, Alumni Association, Fundraising, Outreach, Communications). LHSEF is a nonprofit organization with a mission to enhance academic achievement at Longmont High through support of and assistance to students and staff. Who: Founded in 1993, LHSEF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to enhance academic achievement at Longmont High through support of and assistance to students and staff.

What: Through three separate funds, Jim Moulton Trojan Fund, Angel Fund and McCormick Fund, we award thousands of dollars in grants to fund classroom and special projects, needs based assistance and student enrichment.

How: We are funded by Longmont High School Alumni Association, direct donations, community funds and grants, and select fundraising events.

Why: We raise funds to provide resources for academic enhancements not otherwise covered by the normal school budget, to address needs based assistance and to provide enrichment opportunities outside of the classroom.

When: Monthly meetings on the second Thursday, 7 a.m. (normally at LHS but virtually until further notice)
