MUSIC THEORY (and Exploration)
In this course, students will develop the skills necessary to create original music, collaborate with others, remix songs, and publish their work, using Apple Garageband as the primary Digital Audio Workstation platform. Topics include principles of song structure/arrangement, beat making, MIDI sequencing, and essential mixing techniques. Students will learn to find their own artistic voice, and the core set of skills they need to become a music producer in the future.
