Mandarin Chinese 1

This beginning course will introduce students to Chinese and focus on listening, speaking, and reading abilities through classroom activities, conversation, reading, story writing, role playing, singing, calligraphy, games, etc.  Students will acquire the knowledge and skills to begin communicating in Mandarin Chinese.  Students will also be introduced to Chinese culture through media presentation and discussions.
