Lifetime Fitness

Emphasis will be on total body conditioning. This class will incorporate a variety of workout styles and will also have strength-training programs utilizing machines and free weights. Aerobic exercise will include aerobic step, circuit training, kickboxing, interval training, fitness walking, jogging, yoga, and Pilates. This course may be taken TWO times per school year. A student Off-Campus permission form is required for participation in fitness walking off campus.
